Our hospital has a dedicated International Medical Center, located on the 17th and
18th floors of the General Ward Building at Jinshan Campus. Designed for privacy and comfort, the
department features 32 private rooms, including suites, in an elegant and fully equipped setting.
Our medical team consists of carefully selected doctors and nurses with extensive clinical experience
and strong English communication skills. Most of our team members have overseas academic or professional
experience, and have passed language proficiency exams such as IELTS and TOEFL, ensuring smooth and
effective communication with international patients.We provide a seamless inpatient experience through a
comprehensive “General Practitioner Management + Specialist Treatment + Multidisciplinary Team (MDT)

- Direct Billing Insurance Patients: Your insurance provider can schedule appointments on your behalf, or you can book outpatient visits via WeChat or in person. You may choose between the International Medical Clinic or a specialty clinic.
- Non-Direct Billing Insurance Patients: You can book outpatient visits via WeChat or in person and choose between the International Medical Clinic or a specialty clinic.

- For patients requiring hospitalization, the outpatient physician issues an admission certificate. The International Medical Department team will assess admission criteria and assist with bed reservations.

- For insurance clients: Please contact your insurance company in advance to send the hospitalization guarantee letter and prepare your hospitalization documents and belongings.
- For non-insurance clients: Please wait for a call from the inpatient department and prepare your hospitalization documents and belongings.

- On the day of admission, complete the registration procedures and proceed to your designated ward.
