主要聚焦抑郁障碍等情感障碍的致病及干预机制研究。基于膜片钳、光纤记录、光遗传、化学遗传等技术,结合常规分子生物学手段,阐述情感障碍的神经环路机制,为抑郁障碍治疗新靶点提供理论基础。
