    Outpatient Consultation

    • Direct Billing Insurance Patients: Your insurance provider can schedule appointments on your behalf, or you can book outpatient visits via WeChat or in person. You may choose between the International Medical Clinic or a specialty clinic.
    • Non-Direct Billing Insurance Patients: You can book outpatient visits via WeChat or in person and choose between the International Medical Clinic or a specialty clinic.

    Bed Evaluation and Reservation

    • For patients requiring hospitalization, the outpatient physician issues an admission certificate. The International Medical Department team will assess admission criteria and assist with bed reservations.

    Preparation and Admission

    • For insurance clients: Please contact your insurance company in advance to send the hospitalization guarantee letter and prepare your hospitalization documents and belongings.  
    • For non-insurance clients: Please wait for a call from the inpatient department and prepare your hospitalization documents and belongings

    Admission

    • On the day of admission, complete the registration procedures and proceed to your designated ward.
